This is a course created for Midwives who seek additional holistic tools to support their families and best prepare them for pregnancy and labor.

Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to to describe, use, demonstrate and/or apply:

• Foundational theories of Traditional East Asian Medicine (TEAM). Including channel theory, Yin and Yang.

• Acupressure Protocols for Labor Preparation.

• Moxibustion Technique for labor prep as well as breech presentations and postpartum care.

• Auricular or Ear needless acupuncture.

• Food Therapy as it pertains to the TEAM model.
